After graduating from the industrial product design department, Tunahan Pekdemir looked for a business partner for the production of the products he designed, but couldn't find a business partner to produce with the production materials he wanted.
He wanted his products to be produced with more durable and easily workable materials instead of materials such as plaster.
First, after doing very deep research on material knowledge, he did many experiments.
After many material experiments he had done, the trials yielded results and these trials were successful.
After these trials, it was time to look for production ways.
After a lot of research and visiting machine manufacturers many times, he determined what kind of production path he should follow.
started to design mold machines for the first time. because one of the ways to produce these products was with molding machines. then he started to produce the molding machines he designed himself.
succeeded in producing the molding machines successfully after months of work.
But of course, achieving it was just the beginning. because these machines alone were not enough.
started to produce the movable molds that it designed and to produce the movable molding machines compatible with the molding machines it produced.
After solving the mold systems, he started to design different machines for production and produce them.
After these production machines, he tried to solve the harmony of the machines with specially prepared plastic resin. and harmonized it after days of hard work.
After these, products started to be produced, but it wasn't finished. After the products came out of the production machines, the parts that needed to be done by hand came. After the hand work, manual painting processes were started to be applied to the products with a special spray painting system.
but this didn't satisfy Tunahan Pekdemir. For this reason, he started to make different production machines and produce robotic arms, thanks to months of hard work. Thanks to the machines it produces, it has minimized the error. minimized errors in less handicraft, handling, painting, drying and baking processes.
Of course, no matter how perfect you make the product, there were other important things; such as social media, marketing, sales and business partners...
He succeeded in doing this by doing a lot of research on these issues and getting help from experts.
The name of our brand is Tunahan Pekdemir Design because Tunahan Pekdemir is the person who has worked alone for months or even years until this process. Currently, you can only see the front side. Remember that every table has a culinary preparation.
